News from Bunnies

11.10.-15.10.2021

Dear parents, grandparents, and friends, greetings from the Bunnies Group!

This week in the Bunnies class we said goodbye to our friend Winnie the Pooh and welcomed our new unit titled “Where Paper Kites Fly”. We finished our collage project, looked at what is a paper kite, explored the school and our classroom with our paper kite and attempted to fly our kite outside! Let’s take a look at what we did!

On Monday this week we said goodbye to our good friend Winnie the Pooh and his friends. During this unit we learned a lot about hygiene, our families, the class rules and how to feel welcome and safe in the Bunnies classroom.

Our final product for our Winnie the Pooh project was a beautiful collage of Winnie and his friends with our families. Everyone got to make their own collage which you can see in the cloakroom.

On Tuesday this week we began our new unit titled “Where Paper Kites Fly.” We learned about what is a paper kite and the facial features of our kite. Our kite has eyes which can see everything below it.

This week we explored the school and the Bunnies classroom with our paper kite to learn what it can see!

Our little Bunnies got to fly our kite outside this week!

Next week we will begin to learn about what we can see in the autumn nature.

See you then!

Your Bunnies Teachers
