Dear parents, grandparents, and friends, greetings from the Bunnies Group!

This week at Villa Luna we continued our unit titled “Little Leonardo”. We learned about what happens when we mix colours together, made some beautiful snowman art, played outside in the snow and welcomed two new face to the Bunnies class. Let’s take a look at what we did!

What happens when you mix yellow and blue paint together? You get green! Our little Bunnies got to experiment and test our logic skills this week by mixing different colours of paint together.

This week in art we got to make our very own snowmen! Firstly, everyone had to use their fine motor skills to first rip up pieces of white and black paper. We then glued them on dark blue paper to make our beautiful snowmen. We added eyes, a mouth and even a carrot nose!

What happens when water gets really, really cold? It becomes ice! What happens when it gets warm again? It melts! This week we learned all about how water turns from a liquid into a solid.

This week we welcomed two new friends to the Bunnies class. Everyone say hello to Maila and Maya!

Next week we will continue our new unit called ‘Little Leonardo.”
